High Temperature Oil & Grease – Description

High Temperature Oil and Grease are specially formulated lubricants designed to perform reliably under extreme heat, heavy loads, and harsh operating conditions. These lubricants provide long-lasting protection against friction, wear, and corrosion in high-temperature environments where conventional oils or greases would degrade or carbonize.

Key Features:

  • Excellent Thermal Stability: Maintains viscosity and lubricating properties at temperatures up to 250°C and above, depending on formulation.

  • Oxidation Resistance: Prevents sludge and deposit formation, ensuring cleaner operation and longer service life.

  • Superior Load-Carrying Capacity: Withstands high pressures and shock loads in heavy-duty equipment.

  • Corrosion & Wear Protection: Protects metal surfaces from rust, oxidation, and mechanical wear.

  • Extended Lubrication Intervals: Reduces maintenance frequency and downtime.

Applications:

  • Bearings, chains, and gears operating in ovens, furnaces, foundries, kilns, dryers, and high-speed machinery.

  • Automotive, steel, cement, textile, and plastic processing industries where continuous high-temperature operation is common.

  • Sealed-for-life components, conveyor systems, and exhaust fans exposed to elevated temperatures.

Available Types:

  • High Temperature Synthetic Oil (PAO/Ester-based) – for continuous lubrication and thermal stability.

  • High Temperature Grease (Lithium Complex / Polyurea / Silicone / PTFE-based) – for long-term protection in bearings and sliding surfaces.
